KPI Monitoring and Dashboards

A large school system had leaders visiting schools without anyway to centralize their feedback and have a dashboard to monitor the “pulse” of schools. Staff used a simple form to report on their site visit (done in 2-5 minutes while walking to their car); results were quantified and populated on a dashboard for use in a weekly leadership meeting and monthly report for the Superintendent.

Sales & Marketing Automation

Set up automations for a health tech company so that when a customer took specific actions, many things happened: spreadsheets updated immediately, customer profiles were tagged, emails were sent, commissions got assigned, you name it.

Product & Feature Requirements

Interviewed dozens of dietitians and athletes about their user experience with a health tech product and mapped their anecdotal experiences into product features. Analyzed which features had “juice that was worth the squeeze” for development and defined requirements for engineers.

eCommerce Administration

Configured Shopify customizations for limited time offers, affiliate and influencer promotions, and new products.

Systems Configuration & Data Migration

Wrote code to map data from a K-12 student information system to a third-party system for the population of real-time information on custom dashboards, as well to create users and set role-specific permissions.

Marketing Programs

Developed a program to incentivize health and wellness professionals to use a health tech company’s product with their clients. Expanded from a discount code on products to a practitioner’s dashboard where they could order and assign inventory to clients, analyze results. Hosted interviews with industry professionals to provide professional development and networking opportunities for members of the community.

Training Resources

Created instructional videos for several software platforms and desired processes for employees. Highly recommend documenting your processes for easy training, employee turnover or succession planning!
